Vouchers issued through SimplyVouch are created and distributed by the corporate client. SimplyVouch facilitates creation, distribution, and redemption but is not the issuer of value. Each voucher carries a unique code in the format SV-XXXX-XXXX and a Nigerian naira (₦) denomination.
Redemption: accepted at participating merchants, in full or in part, via QR code or manual entry.
Expiry: set by the issuing organisation and communicated at delivery; no redemption after expiry.
Refunds: vouchers are generally non-refundable; issuers may deactivate unredeemed vouchers.
